    When can I expect my order?     

    Our average delivery time is    7-20 business days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Due to this unique business model, we can save enormously on storage and transportation costs so we can offer the products at a lower price.     

    The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?     

    In 99% of cases, the products are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed during the delivery process. You can track the status of your order via your tracking number you have received by email.     

    Did you not receive anything 3 days after the expected delivery time?

    I'm not happy with my order!     

    Not happy with your order? We apologize and would like to hear what we can do to make up for it. Please send an email to    support@yostr.com    and we will see how we can solve it in the best way!     

    Where can I find my tracking number?     

    When your order has been processed and sent, we will send your tracking number to you by email. Processing of your order takes    2-4 business days.        

    ** Due to a temporary problem with our supplier, we can expect some delay in the delivery of certain products.     

    We handle orders from    Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 2 business days and sent out the next day. We do not send out on holidays. In situations where products are in high demand, the process time can take longer than 3 days.

    Please double check that all shipping information is correct. If any information is incorrect, we must contact you. This can lead to a delayed delivery time. Delays can also be caused by transit.
